Malala Yousafzai, Pakistani teen 16 years old, addressed the stage at Harvard University on Friday Sep 27,2013.



She speeches on education and received Peter J Gomes Humanitarian Award.
President of Harvard University President Drew Gilpin Faust says she was happy to greet Malala Yousafzai because of their common interest in education.



Malala belongs to Swat Valley and she wants to become politicians in future because politicians can have power on a wide-ranging scale.

She said. “Let us stand up for our rights, and let us fight.”  And she added “Let us remember: One book, one pen, one child, and one teacher can change the world,”

She now become a symbol for girls' education.

Malala Yousafzai, who was shot in the head and survived an assassination attempt by the Taliban. Taliban say she was attacked because she was critical of the Taliban, not because of her views on education.
