are quite simple and common but their effect is fabulous. If anyone wants a

about organization and implementation of activities in a row. Covey calls this
physical creation.

Think Win-Win:
Covey says that, it is the interpersonal leadership because success depends on
cooperation with others.

Seek first to understand then to be understood: Covey calls
this the habit of communication and it is the most powerful habit to learn and
seek knowledge.

Synergize:
Covey calls this the habit of creative cooperation. The basic rule behind is
that the whole is always greater than the sum of its parts.

Sharpen the saw: Covey calls this habit
“self-renewal”. He takes the self into four parts: the spiritual, mental,
physical and the social/emotional, which all need nourishing and mounting.
